At Kryptonite Character Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your hero-themed gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all character tags and protective materials are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
